CORE Basics Training (6-hour)

This full-day course teaches leaders to use CORE's framework to improve the foundational skills of accurate self-awareness, other awareness, and understanding the impact of higher levels of stress on behavior.

Participants practice applying information from the DTP to improve connections with the people in their teams, families, and friends.
