Examples of services...

We simplify complex information.

Example:
Sourced and communicated a complex international threat assessment for an executive team facing two distinct disadvantages: virtually no public information available in their operating area and they were only authorized to  receive open-source information.
The result: By finding, connecting, and communicating peripheral information, the executive team was able to perceive the complex threat environment without offense to the host country and support increased security expenditures.

We help leaders engage their teams more intentionally.

Example:
Facilitated a process to help a new, diverse, and large team clarify their purpose and establish their branding.
The result: A team renewed and re-dedicated to engaging the most troubled visitors in a way that aligns with their organization's bigger purpose.

We help leaders see more clearly.

Example: Developed a strategic approach to using restraints in a customer-centric company. Client didn't want their security team members engaging in physical altercations, but expected them to engage customer dishonesty and preempt potential violence.
The result: A clear strategy for approaching conflict, avoiding danger, and managing risk. A key detail: this client refocused use of restraints for safety concerns not for affecting detentions.
